What is BRAMM?

BRAMM is the British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons.

BRAMM was set up in 2004 with the aim of establishing a network of nationally accredited businesses and registered fixers that would ultimately replace individual Registration Schemes.

BRAMM's aims are:

-
To establish a recognised uniform standard of workmanship to meet the requirements of BS 8415 in all burial grounds throughout the UK.
-
To promote BRAMM Accredited Businesses and Registered Fixers.
-
To ensure all Businesses, Fixers and Burial Authorities on the BRAMM Register follow the current health and safety guidelines to protect both the public and their employees.
-
To ensure that BRAMM businesses give a guarantee of the stability of their memorial.
-
To ensure the Scheme will be effectively policed ensuring that acceptable standards of fixing are maintained.
-
To encourage on-going training and education within the memorial masonry industry.
-
To promote a closer working relationship between Memorial Masons and Burial Authorities.

By selecting a BRAMM registered memorial mason to complete your memorial, you are choosing the safety and security that the memorial mason is fully insured and competent.

We are proud to be a BRAMM registered memorial mason (BRAMM No. B02546) and are even prouder to work with one of BRAMMS's longest qualified memorial fixers. Our fixer, Lee, has been on the BRAMM register since 2005 and has fitted thousands of memorials nationwide.

In order to comply with BRAMM and NAMM (National Association of Memorial Masons) regulations, all memorials must be fitted to BS8415. This is the industry standard that all memorial masons should adhere to, regardless of any trade body associations.
